Reservations must be made at least two days in advance and no earlier than seven days, subject to availability. A 24-hour notice is required for any cancellation of reservation; otherwise a penalty fee of S$30 will apply for ‘no-show’. The mineral water swimming pool and the fitness centre are for the exclusive use of hotel guests and members. The management however retains the discretion to admit any other persons upon such terms and conditions that it may deem fit from time to time. Children below the age of 16 are not allowed to use the fitness centre. Guests must be properly attired e.g. T-shirt, shorts and sports shoes in the fitness centre and swimming attire in the swimming pool. Eating and smoking are forbidden within the fitness centre. No outside food is allowed at the swimming pool. The hotel, its servants and/or agents shall not be liable whether in tort, contract or otherwise for any loss and/or damage whatsoever arising out of or however connected to the use of the fitness centre and swimming pool. ^15% discount on a la carte treatments and complimentary skin analysis is only applicable on the day of registered use of the fitness centre or swimming pool.   • The Principal Card is S$192.60 per annum.
  • The first Supplementary Card is free for life as long as the Principal Card is valid. The second Supplementary Card is S$96.30 per annum.
  • All annual fees are inclusive of Singapore's prevailing Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Requirements

  • This Card is exclusively for ladies.
  • You must be at least 21 years old
  • For Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents, a minimum annual income of S$50,000 is required.
  • For Foreigners, a minimum annual income of S$60,000 is required.
  • If you do not meet the income requirement, a minimum Fixed Deposit Collateral of S$20,000 is required.
  • Supplementary Applicants must be aged 18 years and above.
