Eligibility

Requirements
Supplementary card applicants must be aged 18 years and above with exception of those studying overseas.

Mandatory documents
• A copy of supplementary applicant’s Identification Card (front and back).
• For Foreigners: A copy of supplementary applicant’s passport (with at least 6 months validity).
• For Overseas Students: Letter of Acceptance from the overseas Institution.

Express Issuance in 24 hours

Simply fax your application to 6356 8841 before 2pm. You may also choose to receive the approved Supplementary Card via courier the next working day at a nominal fee of S$10.

Note:
1. Available from Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holiday).
2. Your approved UOB Supplementary Card(s) will be couriered to the Principal Cardholder’s address as per bank records.
3. If courier is unsuccessful, the credit card will be mailed out to the same address on the next business day.
4. The courier service fee of S$10 will be charged to the Principal Card in the next card statement.

Or, visit UOB Toa Payoh Lite Branch for collection of your approved UOB Supplementary Card on the same day.
