Notes
- Policy provides coverage against Terminal Illness ("TI") and Total and Permanent Disability ("TPD") during the term of the policy, and before the anniversary of the policy on which the Life Assured will attain the age of 65. The Life Assured cannot claim for both TI and TPD. If TPD occurs before age 1, 20% of the sum assured will be payable in one lump sum and the policy terminates. In the event of any payout, the amount will be less off policy outstanding loans (if any). For PRUterm Vantage and PRUlife Vantage, Total and Permanent Disability coverage is not provided unless Optional Accelerated Disability Benefit is also added, and can only be done so at inception of the policy.

- The current Medisave withdrawal limit per policy is $800.For policy holders who are 81 years old and above, the Medisave withdrawal limit is $1,150. Premiums paid through Medisave are subjected to Medisave withdrawal limits.
- The Daily Hospital Income benefit, Daily High Dependency Unit/ Coronary Care Unit benefit and Daily Intensive Care Unit benefit are subject to a combined benefit limit of five hundred (500) days per Hospital Confinement.
- Coverage is subject to certain conditions and/or waiting periods applicable for hospitalisation to be payable under the benefits covered. Please refer to your policy document for more information.

- In the case of a claim is made on a life assured below age 1, the claim payable would be 20% of the claimable sum assured under the various Severity Payout.
- Once a claim has been made for a listed medical condition, the list of medical conditions covered would be reduced accordingly and the customer cannot make a repeat claim on same listed medical condition.
- Each benefit is subject to a deferment period prior to a claim being paid out. Deferment period varies accordingly to each benefit and is defined as the period between the confirmed diagnosis of illness or injury and the date of disability. Please refer to the product summary for details.
- The total claims paid under the Partial Payout benefit, Full Payout benefit, Total and Permanent Disability benefit and Special Risk benefit shall not exceed the Early Stage Disability Benefit sum assured.
- For new policies, the minimum policy term is 5 years (for 5 year limited pay policies) or 10 years (for other policies). For Mid Term Add to existing policies, the minimum policy term is 6 years.
- The total premiums paid, without interest, will be refunded upon Death, Terminal Illness or Disability of the life assured; or the Cover Expiry Date of the policy, whichever event occurs first. If the policy is surrendered before Cover Expiry Date, policy will return a percentage of the total premiums paid without interest. In some situations, there may be no refund of total premiums paid. Please refer to the policy document for the exact terms and conditions.
- For Pregnancy Complications Benefit, we pay $5,000 upon the diagnosis of any one of the covered pregnancy complications. For the Death of foetus coverage, there is a waiting period of 14 days from the inception date of your policy. This benefit will terminate upon the payment of the sum assured, or when the child is born, whichever is earlier.
- Double Benefit Payout for Severe Fracture due to travelling in a Public Conveyance: We pay double Fractures, Burns and Dislocation benefit when the life assured sustains an Accidental Injury while travelling in a Public Conveyance AND the eligible payout is 40% and above. "Public Conveyance" is a mode of transport which is available to the general public and which is used primarily to transport people from one point to another point in return for payment of a fare. For an Accident where more than one of the circumstances described in the Double Benefit Schedule is met, we will pay the claim for only one of the benefits, whichever is the higher.
- For Congenital Illness Benefit, we pay $5,000 if your child is diagnosed by a registered medical practitioner as having any one of the covered congenital illnesses. The child must be diagnosed with Congenital Illness within two years from the date of delivery and the child must survive at least 30 days from the date of delivery with congenital illness. This benefit will terminate upon the payment of sum assured or when child reaches the age of 2, whichever is earlier.
