Mid Autumn Festival symbolizes family reunion. It is a day where family members gather together to appreciate the full moon. Roundness symbolizes completeness which is why traditional mooncakes are all round. On 23rd of Sept, UOB Upper Bukit Timah Wellness Branch held their first ever Mooncake Soap Making Workshop.
More than 40 customers turned up for the session and had fun mixing their preferred scent and colors for their mooncake soap. It took quite a while for the soaps to harden and form its shape. But the wait was definitely worth it. The mooncake soaps turned out to be extremely pretty. The smile on everyone's’ face was priceless.
At UOB, we constantly think of how to do what is right for our customers. The process of soap making from scratch takes away everyone’s stress and gives plenty of satisfaction at the end of the day!
