Yin Yoga is a style of yoga that involves long holds in various seated and reclined poses to access deeper layers of fascia and help to quieten the mind. There are three tenets of Yin Yoga: finding your appropriate edge where you can feel the stretch without straining; remaining still; and allowing yourself to hold the pose for between 3 to 5 minutes.
Experience its profound benefits that include the calming of both mind and body, general relaxation and stress release as well as restoring of energy levels. Yin Yoga is also known to improve flexibility, boost circulation, and reduce tension.
