Q1: Are all types of QR codes accepted?

A: No, only PayNow UEN and NETS QR codes are accepted Should payment be made using a non-NETS QR code (e g Alipay QR code, FavePay QR code, ShopBack QR code) or UOB card, even if it hits the minimum spend of S$5.90 in a single receipt, the transaction will not qualify for this promotion.

 

Q2: How many times can a customer receive the S$2 cashback throughout the duration of this promotion?

A: Up to 10 times so a customer can receive up to S$20 cashback, regardless of the number of account(s) he has with UOB.

 

Q3: Must a customer be a user of UOB TMRW to enjoy this promotion?

A: Yes, this promotion is open to all UOB TMRW users in Singapore For new to UOB customers, they may sign up for UOB CASA and apply for UOB TMRW.

 

Q4: Are there any merchandise exclusions for this promotion?

A: No, there are no exclusions so customers are free to purchase any product(s) from the participating brands to make up for the minimum spend requirement of S$5.90 in a single receipt.

Q5: How can an eligible customer collect the cashback?

A: No further action is required from the customer once he makes the qualifying transaction Should he be eligible, the cashback will be credited and reflected in his UOB bank account (which shall be the same account from which the transaction was made during the campaign period) starting from 4 Nov 2024 (or such other date as may be determined by UOB) Eligible customers are responsible for ensuring that their UOB account is valid and existing, not blocked from use, in good standing and conducted in a proper and satisfactory manner (as determined by UOB at its sole discretion) at the time of crediting.

 

Q6: How can a customer identify that he has received his cashback for his qualifying entry in this promotion?

A: The successful crediting will appear in his statement as “Scan to pay NDP Promo”, with a statement sent to him at his provided address a week after the crediting to notify him of the same.

 

Q7: Will the crediting be a lump sum?

A: Yes, the cashback for qualifying entries originating from each of the eligible customer’s account(s) will be totalled and credited accordingly as individual lump sums.
