Klook Gift Card redemption

The Gift is supplied and delivered by third party merchants, suppliers and/or service providers. UOB is not an agent of the merchants, agents, suppliers or service providers. Accordingly, UOB makes no warranty or representation as to the quality, value, merchantability or fitness for purpose of the Gift and UOB assumes no liability or responsibility for the acts or omissions of the merchants, agents, suppliers or service providers (including but not limit ed to any non delivery or lost delivery, or any delay or failure in delivery, of the Gift) or any non performance, defects, deficiency, quality, merchantability, the fitness or any other aspect of the Gift or any goods or services redeemed/claimed under or in connection with the Promotion. Any dispute about the quality or service standard of the Gift must be resolved directly with the merchants, agents, suppliers or service providers. Where applicable, the merchants, agents, suppliers or service providers may impose conditions for the redemption of the Gift, or goods or services. UOB will not be responsible or liable for any injury, loss, claim or damage whatsoever or for any charges, costs or expenses of any kind whatsoever suffered or incurred as a result of the redemption or usage of the Gift.
