              “Highest limitless miles card” refers to the highest miles earn rate on general eligible spending in comparison with other comparable entry-level non-premium miles credit cards in Singapore that award miles with no minimum spend and no cap on miles earned, as of 1 October 2024. Miles are awarded in the form of convertible UNI$ for every S$5 spent on a per transaction basis. You may convert your UNI$ earned into miles of participating frequent flyer programmes under the UOB Rewards Programme, full details of which are available here.

              1Up to 3 miles per S$1 spend

              Cardmembers will earn (i) UNI$7.5 for every S$5 spent (equivalent to 3 miles for every S$1 spend) in regional foreign currencies being Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), Thai Baht (THB) and Vietnamese Dong (VMD), (ii) UNI$6 for every S$5 spent (equivalent to 2.4 miles for every S$1 spend) on transactions in other foreign currencies where the payment gateway is outside of Singapore, and (iii) UNI$3.5 for every S$5 spent on transactions in Singapore Dollars (equivalent to 1.4 miles for every S$1 spent). Spend exclusions apply.​

               

              UOB PRVI Miles Cardmembers will earn UNI$ for spend on their UOB PRVI Miles Card. UNI$ will not be awarded on transactions under the UOB$ Programme where UOB$ cashback are issued except for UOB PRVI Miles American Express® Cardmembers.​

              UNI$ will not be awarded for 0% Instalment Payment Plans, charitable/religious organisations, government institutions and services, gambling or trading platforms (including but not limited to websites for trading of shares, foreign currency or cryptocurrency), AXS transactions, all transactions at SPC Service Stations (except for UOB PRVI Miles American Express Card) and Shell Service Stations, payment of funds to prepaid accounts, balance/funds transfers, cash advances, fees, interests, finance charges, late payment charges, annual fee charges, reversals, other financial charges and any other transactions we may exclude from time to time without prior notice. Other spend exclusions apply.​

               

              • With effect from 16 March 2020, UNI$ will also no longer be awarded for:
                1. selected transactions on wire transfers, payments to Non-Financial Institutions (e.g. crypto-currencies etc);
                2. insurance payments on UOB PRVI Miles American Express Card;
                3. Grab mobile wallet top-ups on UOB PRVI Miles Visa Card;
                4. quasi-cash and more
              • For the avoidance of doubt, insurance payments on UOB PRVI Miles Visa and UOB PRVI Miles World Mastercard have been excluded as of June 2015 and March 2015 correspondingly and all other Grab transactions will continue to be eligible for awarding of UNI$.
              • With effect from 1 February 2021, UNI$ will no longer be awarded for Transactions involving payments to hospitals, automobile parking lots and garages.
              • With effect from 1 March 2022, UNI$ will no longer be awarded for transactions with transaction descriptions “TRANSIT*” and “AMAZE* TRANSIT*”.
              • With effect from 1 August 2022, UNI$ will no longer be awarded for payments to IPAYMY, RWS-LEVY, SMOOVE PAY, SINGPOST – SAM, and Razer Pay and payments for utilities.
              • With effect from 21 July 2024, UNI$ will no longer be awarded for transactions with the transaction description “NORWDS*”.
              • With effect from 1 October 2024, UNI$ will no longer be awarded for transactions with the transaction description “AMAZE*” and Merchant Category Codes 5965 Direct marketing – Combination Catalog and Retail Merchants, 5993 Cigar Stores and Stands, 8699 Membership Organizations (Not Elsewhere Classified) and 8999 Professional Services (Not Elsewhere Classified).

              Up to 6.6 miles for every S$1 spent on selected travel partners:

              • Up to 6.6 miles per S$1 spend on Agoda bookings: Valid for bookings till 31 December 2024 (date inclusive) and stay till 30 June 2025 (date inclusive). Cardmembers will earn up to UNI$16.5 for every S$5 regional currency spent (akin to 6.6 miles per S$1 spend) on bookings via the dedicated PRVI Miles Agoda website. Regional currency means Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), Thai Baht (THB) or Vietnamese Dong (VMD). Bookings charged in other foreign currencies and in Singapore Dollars will earn UNI$15 per S$5 spend (akin to 6 miles for per S$1 spend)). To have an eligible "Qualifying Transaction", Cardmembers must: (a) make booking via the PRVI Miles Agoda site at agoda.com/prvimiles for hotel bookings that have the "Earn up to 6.6 miles per 1 SGD spend" banner on the property room type results page; (b) settle payment with their UOB PRVI Miles Card of which Agoda is the party receiving and handling the payment from the Cardmembers (prepaid room types only, not valid for pay at hotel types); (c) enter Principal Cardmember's 8-digits mobile number (registered with UOB for one-time password) at the payment page; and (d) complete the hotel stay. The bonus UNI$ will be credited to Cardmember's credit card account within three months from Cardmember's departure from hotel.​ Terms and conditions apply.
              • Up to 6 miles per S$1 spend on Expedia bookings: Valid for bookings till 31 December 2025 (date inclusive). Cardmembers will earn UNI$15 for every S$5 spent (akin to 6 miles per S$1 spend) on bookings via the dedicated PRVI Miles Expedia website. To have an eligible "Qualifying Transaction", Cardmembers must: pay directly to Expedia using a UOB PRVI Miles Card at dedicated PRVI Miles Expedia site at expedia.com.sg/prvimiles, on bookings of (a) hotels-only; or (b) flight-only; or (c) flight and hotel package booking, where Expedia is the merchant of record for the flight booking on participating airlines. Expedia reserves the right at any time and from time to time at its sole and absolute discretion to vary, amend, add or delete the list of participating airlines.               Bonus miles per S$1 spend via agoda and Expedia

              When will I get the bonus UNI$ for my Agoda/ Expedia transactions?

              Agoda: For eligible bookings made at agoda.com/prvimiles and charged to the PRVI Miles Card. Bonus UNI$ will be credited to the card account within three months from hotel departure date.

              Expedia: For eligible bookings made at expedia.com.sg/prvimiles and charged to the PRVI Miles Card, Bonus UNI$ will be credited to the card account after the transaction is posted to the card account.

               

              Why was I not awarded the bonus UNI$ for my Agoda and/or Expedia Transactions?

              Bonus UNI$ is awarded to bookings made at the dedicated links found at PRVI Miles website ie. agoda (agoda.com/prvimiles) / Expedia (expedia.com.sg/prvimiles). If bookings/transactions are not done via these dedicated links, bonus UNI$ will not be awarded.

              Bonus UNI$ is only awarded when you make full upfront payment to Agoda or Expedia at the time of booking. You will not receive bonus UNI$ if you select to pay later at the hotel.

              1. How do I sign up for the UOB PRVI Miles Card complimentary Priority Pass™ Membership?  
                If you are the principal PRVI Miles Cardmember, visit www.prioritypass.com/prvisg to complete your registration for a Priority Pass™ account. After successful registration, you will need to download the Priority Pass™ App on your mobile phone and login to get your Digital Membership Card. You can then start enjoying your complimentary airport lounge and travel experiences privileges.

              2. What are my airport lounge visit entitlements?
                Principal PRVI Miles Cardmembers will be entitled to four (4) complimentary airport lounge visits per calendar year. You will be given four (4) complimentary airport lounge visit entitlements immediately upon successful registration of your Priority Pass™ account, where you can then access your Digital Membership Card to gain contactless lounge entry.

              3. Can I use my airport lounge visit entitlements to bring in guests? 
                UOB PRVI Miles Card complimentary airport lounge visit entitlements can only be utilized by the principal PRVI Miles Cardmember who have successfully registered for the Priority Pass™ Membership. Accompanying guest(s) will be charged at US$35 per person per airport lounge visit (or at the prevailing rate). 

              4. What happens if I utilize more than four (4) complimentary airport lounge visits in a calendar year?
                If you utilize more than four (4) complimentary airport lounge visits within a calendar year, excess airport lounge visits will be charged to your PRVI Miles Card at US$35 per person per visit (or at the prevailing rate).

              5. Can I apply for a Priority Pass™ Membership if I am a supplementary PRVI Miles Cardmember? 
                Only the principal PRVI Miles Cardmember is entitled to four (4) complimentary airport lounge visit entitlements per calendar year. Supplementary PRVI Miles Cardmembers who sign up for a Priority Pass™ Membership will be charged at US$35 per person per lounge visit (or at the prevailing rate) and US$99 for an annual Priority Pass™ Standard Membership plan. 

              6. I have more than one (1) principal PRVI Miles Card, can I register for more than one (1) Priority Pass™ Membership using these cards?
                Yes you can, but we recommend that you register using one (1) principal PRVI Miles Card only as each principal UOB PRVI Miles Cardmember is entitled to only four (4) complimentary airport lounge visits per calendar year, regardless of the number of principal PRVI Miles Cards a Cardmember holds. Please note that the Bank will charge the Cardmember US$35 per person per visit (or at the prevailing rate) if he or she uses in excess of the four (4) complimentary airport lounge visits per calendar year.  

              7. I have registered two (2) principal PRVI Miles Cards and it shows that I have 8 complimentary lounge visits per year?  
                If you register using two (2) principal PRVI Miles Cards, you will have two (2) Priority Pass™ Memberships and each membership will show four (4) complimentary airport lounge visits per principal Card. However, please note that each Principal UOB PRVI Miles Cardmember is entitled to only four (4) complimentary airport lounge visits per calendar year, regardless of whether he or she has more than one (1) Principal PRVI Miles Card. As such, the Bank will charge the Cardmember US$35 per person per visit (or at the prevailing rate) if he or she uses in excess of the four (4) complimentary airport lounge visits per calendar year.

              8. Can I bring any child(ren) into a lounge? 
                This differs based on different lounge rules. Some lounges allow you to bring children where they will be charged at the same rate as an adult. There are also some lounges that allow children under a certain age to enter for free. You can check the ‘Conditions’ section of the lounge you are planning to visit in the Priority Pass™ App or visit www.prioritypass.com to find out more. 

              9. What should I present to gain access to the airport lounges? 
                Admittance to an airport lounge is strictly conditional upon the principal UOB PRVI Miles Cardmember’s presentation of: 
                (i) a valid Priority Pass™ Membership, by way of presentation of:
                 - the Digital Membership Card within the Priority Pass™ App on the Cardmember’s mobile device OR
                 -  the physical Card* (valid for PRVI Miles Visa or Mastercard only);
                *Using physical PRVI Miles Mastercard and Visa Card for entry is currently unavailable. Please use the Digital Membership Card (QR Code) within the Priority Pass™ App or website for entry.  
                (ii) a valid boarding pass; and 
                (iii) any additional identification that the lounge may require from the Cardmember, which may include passport, national identity card or driving licence.

              10. The entitlements are not correctly reflected on the Priority Pass™ App. Who can I reach out to for the error?

              11. I am an existing Priority Pass™ member. Can I link my new Digital Membership Card to my current Priority Pass™ account?
                You will need to create a new Priority Pass™ account for the Digital Membership Card associated with your UOB PRVI Miles Card, as Priority Pass™ memberships are unique and cannot be linked with other existing accounts. 

              12. Why are my airport lounge visits not immediately reflected under ‘Visits Used’ in my account dashboard within the Priority Pass™ app?
                Lounge visits may take up to 3-5 working days to be reflected under ‘Visits Used’. Kindly click on ‘Visit History’ if you require additional information on usage. If you have any query, please contact Priority Pass™ directly for further investigation. Kindly call +852 2866 1964 to speak to a Priority Pass™ representative or email pp@prioritypass.com.hk.               13. Can I still enjoy the complimentary airport lounge visit entitlements if I lost my PRVI Miles Card which I used to register for my Priority Pass™ Membership? 
                In order to prevent any misuse of your lost Card, the Cardmember shall notify the Bank of such lost Card. The Bank may be notified through means of communications such as (but not limited to) the UOB Hotline at 1800 222 2121 (local) or +65 6222 2121 (overseas) or UOB TMRW app. Where the lost Card is subsequently replaced, the Cardmember is then required to update their Payment Card details in their Priority Pass™ account with the newly replaced Card number to continue with the Programme.

              Singapore dollar deposits of non-bank depositors and monies and deposits denominated in Singapore dollars under the Supplementary Retirement Scheme are insured by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation, for up to S$100,000 in aggregate per depositor per Scheme member by law. Monies and deposits denominated in Singapore dollars under the CPF Investment Scheme and CPF Retirement Sum Scheme are aggregated and separately insured up to S$100,000 for each depositor per Scheme member.
