FAST (Fast and Secure Transfers) is an electronic funds transfer service that allows customers to transfer Singapore Dollar funds almost instantly and 24x7 between FAST participating banks and non-bank financial institutions.
For the latest list of participating institutions, please refer to https://www.abs.org.sg/consumer-banking/fast.
In response to the increased customer demand for more convenient and efficient funds transfer methods, PayNow was introduced to simplify the transfers without the need for senders to know the recipient's bank and account number. Businesses can now easily send funds by using the recipient's mobile number and/or Singapore NRIC/FIN for individuals, the Unique Entity Number (UEN) for corporate recipients and the Virtual Payment Address (VPA) for NFI eWallet holders.
FAST is available anytime, 24x7, 365 days.
