UOB Art in Ink Awards
As the leading patron of the arts in Asia, UOB is committed to promoting and enriching the development of ink art. As one of the earliest artistic practices in the world, ink painting is a rich and unique embodiment of Chinese culture, history and tradition, and one that continues to evolve and adapt today. The Awards is a testament to UOB's commitment to uncovering artistic talents and rejuvenating the cultural heritage of ink art.
Inaugurated in 2017, The UOB Art in Ink Awards (“the Awards”) organised by UOB Art Academy in Hong Kong aims to foster long-term appreciation for the medium and to present opportunities for the local community to uncover their artistic talent.
In 2023, UOB China launched the first UOB Art in Ink Awards Campus Edition. The Awards invites the Art and Design Education FutureLab (FutureLab) as the strategic partner to provide professional advice and full support for the competition.
