Eligibility

• The Competition is open to all Thai Citizens and Thai Permanent Residents only. Participation in the Competition is free.

Submission of Entries

• All entries are to be submitted electronically via www.uob.co.th/poy from 3 May to 31 July 2024. Each photo of the artwork should be 300 dots per inch (DPI) with minimum file size of one (1) megabytes (MB) and a maximum file size of three (3) megabytes (MB). Only JPEG and PNG file types are accepted.
• Participants who are shortlisted for a second round of judging are required to submit the physical artwork.
  
• All shortlisted participants will be notified by phone and/or email between 27 August to 8 September 2024.
  
• Paintings are to be submitted from 6 to 8 September 2024 between 10am to 6pm at Loading Area, 1st Floor, Bangkok Art and Culture Centre (BACC) 939 Rama1 Road, Wangmai, Pathumwan, Bangkok 10330 by hand or authorized logistics service.
  

Judging

• Artworks will be judged based on these criteria: message, creativity, composition and technique.
  
• Decisions of the judges are final. No correspondence will be entered into on this subject before, during, and/or after the Competition.

ผู้มีสิทธิ์เข้าร่วมการประกวด

• การประกวดนี้เปิดกว้างสำหรับผู้มีสัญชาติไทย และผู้ที่มีถิ่นพำนักถาวรในประเทศไทย โดยไม่มีการจัดเก็บค่าธรรมเนียมการประกวด

การส่งผลงาน

• ผู้เข้าร่วมการประกวดต้องส่งภาพถ่ายของผลงานจิตรกรรมที่ต้องการส่งเข้าร่วมการประกวดผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ที่ www.uob.co.th/poy ระหว่างวันที่ 3 พฤษภาคม ถึง 31 กรกฎาคม 2567 โดยภาพถ่ายแต่ละภาพควรมีความละเอียดที่ 300 DPI ต้องมีขนาดไฟล์ไม่ต่ำกว่าหนึ่ง (1) เมกาไบท์ (MB) และขนาดใหญ่สุดไม่เกินสาม (3) เมกาไบท์ (MB) ต่อไฟล์ และประเภทของภาพจะต้องเป็นไฟล์ JPEG หรือ PNG เท่านั้น
• ผู้เข้าร่วมการประกวดที่ได้รับการคัดเลือกจากคณะกรรมการให้ผ่านเข้ารอบที่สอง (“ผู้ได้รับการคัดเลือก”) จะต้องนำส่งผลงานจริงเพื่อให้คณะกรรมการตัดสินในรอบต่อไป โดยต้องเป็นผลงานชิ้นเดียวกับผลงานในภาพถ่ายเท่านั้น
  
• ผู้ที่ได้รับการคัดเลือกจะได้รับการติดต่อทางโทรศัพท์มือถือหรืออีเมลที่ได้ลงทะเบียนไว้ระหว่างวันที่ 27 สิงหาคม ถึง 8 กันยายน 2567
  
• ส่งผลงานจริงได้ระหว่างวันที่ 6 ถึง 8 กันยายน 2567 เวลา 10.00-18.00 น. ณ บริเวณ Loading Area ชั้น 1 หอศิลปวัฒนธรรมแห่งกรุงเทพมหานคร (BACC) เลขที่ 939 ถนนพระราม 1 แขวงวังใหม่ เขตปทุมวัน กรุงเทพฯ 10330
  

การตัดสิน

• ผลงานจิตรกรรมจะถูกตัดสินตามเกณฑ์ต่างๆ เหล่านี้ ได้แก่ เนื้อหา ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ องค์ประกอบ และเทคนิคในการสร้างสรรค์ผลงาน
  
• การตัดสินของคณะกรรมการถือเป็นที่สุด ไม่มีการจัดทำจดหมายเผยแพร่ในเรื่องนี้ทั้งก่อน ในระหว่าง และ/หรือหลังการประกวด
